The Platform is intended to support health understanding. It does not replace qualified healthcare professionals or emergency medical services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, software, artificial intelligence services, health-information tools, educational materials, and related services operated by NATUR Health Systems.

Collectively, these services are referred to as the "Platform."

The Platform may include:

• NATUR Kidney Safe.
• Neural Adaptive Trainer (NAT).
• Laboratory-document processing.
• OCR services.
• Health dashboards.
• Educational resources.
• User reports.
• Future NATUR applications and services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and NATUR Health Systems regarding your use of the Platform.

Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, accessing the Platform after being presented with these Terms, or otherwise using the Platform in a manner that constitutes acceptance under applicable law, you agree to be bound by:

• The NATUR Health Systems Privacy Policy.
• Any applicable supplemental terms or notices.
• Any additional policies expressly incorporated into these Terms.

Where applicable law requires separate or affirmative consent for a particular activity, general acceptance of these Terms does not substitute for that required consent.

• Provider sharing.
• Research participation.
• Consumer health-data disclosures.
• Other activities requiring specific authorization.

Electronic Records

You agree that NATUR may provide these Terms and other eligible notices electronically, subject to applicable legal requirements.

• Your account.

• Other electronic methods you have authorized.

Where applicable law requires specific consent to receive a particular record electronically, NATUR will obtain that consent as required.

You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the applicable services.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent that:

• Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have authority to use the information you submit.
• Your use of the Platform complies with applicable law.
• You will comply with these Terms.

Unless a particular NATUR service expressly states otherwise, the Platform is not directed to children under 13.

If NATUR introduces products specifically intended for minors, those products may be subject to separate:

Account Activity

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NATUR may take reasonable protective actions if we detect suspected:

• Credential compromise.
• Fraud.
• Security threats.
• Unlawful activity.

Those actions may include temporary account restrictions, forced credential resets, additional verification, or suspension.

NATUR provides digital technology intended to organize, simplify, display, and explain health and wellness information.

Depending on the service or development phase, Platform capabilities may include:

• Health-information dashboards.
• Laboratory-result organization.
• OCR document processing.
• Trend visualization.
• Dialysis logging.
• Health and wellness tracking.
• Educational explanations.
• User-generated reports.
• Condition-specific education.
• Neural Adaptive Trainer functionality.
• Future connected-health functionality.

Not every feature is available to every user, product, geographic area, or subscription level.

NATUR may:

• Introduce new features.
• Modify existing features.
• Remove or discontinue features.
• Conduct testing or pilot programs.
• Restrict functionality for security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

Material changes affecting user rights will be handled consistently with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Neural Adaptive Trainer (NAT) is the proprietary health intelligence engine developed and owned or managed by NATUR IP LLC and licensed to NATUR Health Systems for use throughout the NATUR ecosystem.

NAT uses artificial intelligence, computational technologies, and adaptive methods to organize, analyze, summarize, and explain information.

NAT may help users:

• Organize health information.
• Understand laboratory terminology.
• Review historical trends.
• Summarize uploaded information.
• Receive plain-language educational explanations.
• Navigate health-related information.
• Receive educational content adapted to their preferences.

Meaning of "Trainer"

The word "Trainer" describes NAT's educational and adaptive function.

NAT may adapt the way information is presented based on factors such as:

• User preferences.
• Previous interactions.
• Requested level of detail.
• Relevant health context.

NAT does not train users to independently practice medicine or make clinical decisions.

AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence and automated systems can produce information that is:

• Incomplete.
• Incorrect.
• Misinterpreted.
• Outdated.
• Inconsistent with information available to a healthcare professional.

NATUR therefore does not guarantee that every NAT-generated explanation, summary, extraction, classification, or other output will be error-free.

Users should review important information and discuss clinical questions with qualified healthcare professionals.

Personalized Information

A NAT response may be personalized using information associated with your account.

Personalization does not mean NAT has independently established:

• A diagnosis.
• A prognosis.
• A treatment plan.
• A medication order.
• A clinical determination.

AI Training & Privacy

NAT's use of information to personalize your individual experience is governed by the NATUR Privacy Policy.

Consistent with that policy:

NATUR will not use identifiable personal health information to train generalized artificial intelligence models without explicit user consent.

No Emergency Use

NAT is not an emergency-response system.

Do not use NAT to determine whether emergency medical care is necessary or to obtain time-sensitive emergency instructions.

The Platform is provided primarily for educational, informational, organizational, and health-understanding purposes.

Unless NATUR expressly identifies a specific regulated service otherwise, Platform content should not be interpreted as professional medical advice.

The Platform does not establish a:

• Physician-patient relationship.
• Nurse-patient relationship.
• Pharmacist-patient relationship.
• Dietitian-patient relationship.
• Therapist-patient relationship.
• Other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.

Using NATUR does not replace examination, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Do Not Make Treatment Changes Solely From NATUR

You should not start, stop, increase, decrease, or materially modify a prescribed medication or medical treatment solely because of information presented through NATUR.

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.

Laboratory Information

Laboratory values may require interpretation in the context of factors that NATUR may not have access to, including:

• Physical examination.
• Current treatment.

• Timing.
• Medications.

Accordingly, an apparently normal or abnormal value displayed by NATUR does not independently establish the presence or absence of a medical condition.

Emergencies

NATUR is not designed for medical emergencies.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, or an immediate threat to health or safety, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance rather than waiting for a response from the Platform.

NATUR may provide educational information concerning:

• Traditional botanical knowledge.
• Herbs.
• Plant-based preparations.
• Dietary supplements.
• Nutritional practices.
• Historical or cultural wellness practices.
• Scientific research concerning botanical compounds.

NATUR respects traditional knowledge while recognizing that traditional use and scientific evidence are not the same thing.

The Platform may distinguish among information supported by:

• Emerging scientific research.
• Preliminary research.
• Historical use.
• Traditional use.

No Guarantee of Safety or Effectiveness

The historical or traditional use of a botanical substance does not establish that the substance is:

• Safe.
• Effective.
• Appropriate for a particular person.
• Appropriate for a particular health condition.

Botanical products and supplements may interact with:

• Prescription medications.
• Over-the-counter medications.
• Other supplements.
• Medical conditions.
• Laboratory measurements.
• Medical procedures.

Users should consult an appropriate physician, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before making material changes involving herbs or supplements, particularly when managing serious medical conditions or receiving ongoing treatment.

You are responsible for using the Platform appropriately.

You agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Review important extracted or generated information.
• Correct known inaccuracies where Platform functionality permits.
• Protect your credentials.
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
• Obtain appropriate rights or authorization for material you upload.
• Seek qualified medical assistance when appropriate.
• Use emergency services rather than NATUR for emergencies.

User-Established Targets

Certain NATUR products may allow you to enter goals, target ranges, preferences, or information supplied by your healthcare team.

The presence of a target within the Platform does not mean NATUR independently prescribed, approved, or clinically validated that target.

Users should ensure clinically significant targets are consistent with instructions from their healthcare professionals.

You may not misuse the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Use NATUR for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Access another person's account without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass Platform security.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Interfere with Platform availability or operation.
• Probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Harvest user information.
• Circumvent access limitations.
• Abuse Platform APIs or automated interfaces.
• Use unauthorized automated scraping tools.
• Misrepresent NAT-generated material as professional medical advice.
• Use the Platform to impersonate a licensed healthcare professional.
• Upload material you do not have the right to use.
• Infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Use NATUR systems to facilitate harmful or illegal activity.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, or attempt to derive proprietary Platform technologies except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

NATUR may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate measures, including restriction or termination of access.

The Platform may allow users to submit, upload, store, transmit, enter, or otherwise provide information and materials, including:

• Laboratory reports.
• Medical records.
• Images.
• PDFs.
• Dialysis logs.
• Health information.
• Nutrition information.
• Journal entries.
• Notes.
• Questions submitted to NAT.
• Feedback.
• Other supported content.

Collectively, these materials are referred to as "User Content."

Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit to the Platform, subject to any rights held by third parties.

Submitting User Content to NATUR does not transfer ownership of that content to NATUR.

Limited License to Operate the Platform

By submitting User Content, you grant NATUR Health Systems a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Host.
• Store.
• Copy as technically necessary.
• Process.
• Analyze.
• Transmit.
• Display to you.
• Convert.
• Organize.
• Generate authorized summaries or explanations from.

your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide services you request.
• Operate Platform functionality.
• Process documents.
• Operate NAT.
• Personalize your experience.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain security.
• Comply with applicable law.
• Perform other processing disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

This license does not give NATUR an unrestricted right to commercially exploit your identifiable health information.

AI Training

The license granted through these Terms does not independently authorize generalized AI model training using identifiable personal health information.

As stated in the Privacy Policy:

NATUR will not use identifiable personal health information to train generalized artificial intelligence models without explicit user consent.

Your Responsibilities for User Content

You represent that, to the extent required by law, you have sufficient rights or authority to submit the User Content you provide.

You should not upload another person's confidential medical or personal information unless you are legally authorized to do so.

Users may not upload content that:

• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Violates another person's privacy rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Is submitted through unauthorized access to another person's records.

Removal and Deletion

User Content may be deleted through available Platform functionality or eligible privacy requests.

Deletion is subject to:

• Applicable law.
• Legitimate security obligations.
• Required record retention.
• Backup lifecycle processes.
• Other circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.

Certain Platform services allow users to upload documents for processing by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and related technologies.

Documents may include:

• Laboratory reports.
• Medical documents.
• Dialysis information.
• Images.
• PDFs.
• Other supported health documents.

Authorization to Process

By intentionally uploading a document for processing, you authorize NATUR to perform the technical processing reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.

This may include:

• Reading supported document content.
• Extracting text.
• Identifying laboratory measurements.
• Identifying units.
• Structuring extracted information.
• Associating information with your account.
• Performing validation checks.
• Presenting extracted information for review.
• Using verified information in authorized NATUR features.

OCR Is Not Guaranteed to Be Accurate

OCR and automated document-processing systems may make errors.

Possible errors include:

• Incorrect character recognition.
• Incorrect decimal placement.
• Unit errors.
• Incorrect test identification.
• Duplicate values.
• Omitted values.
• Misinterpretation of document formatting.

NATUR may implement validation rules intended to detect physically implausible, inconsistent, duplicate, or unsupported results.

However, no automated validation process can guarantee perfect extraction.

User Verification

Where the Platform provides verification functionality, you should review extracted information before treating it as an accurate representation of the original document.

If NATUR cannot reliably interpret information, the Platform may:

• Flag the value.
• Ask you to confirm it.
• Require manual entry.
• Exclude it from certain summaries or calculations.
• Display an extraction warning.

Original Document Controls

Uploading a document does not transfer ownership of the original document to NATUR.

Storage, retention, deletion, and use of uploaded documents are governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Platform contains intellectual property owned by NATUR IP LLC, NATUR Health Systems, their licensors, or other authorized rights holders.

Depending on the asset, protected materials may include:

• Neural Adaptive Trainer (NAT).
• Software.
• Source code.
• Algorithms.
• Computational methods.
• Artificial-intelligence architecture.
• Prompt systems.
• Database structures.
• APIs.
• Product architecture.
• User-interface designs.
• User-experience systems.
• Balance Ring architecture.
• Educational materials.
• Graphics.
• Icons.
• Logos.
• Product names.
• Trademarks.
• Documentation.
• Reports.
• Design systems.
• Proprietary workflows.
• Trade secrets.
• Other technology or content.

NATUR IP LLC

Certain core NATUR intellectual property is owned or managed by NATUR IP LLC and licensed to NATUR Health Systems for use in operating and commercializing the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NATUR intellectual property to you.

Limited User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NATUR grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use available Platform functionality for its intended lawful purposes.

This license does not permit you to:

• Sell NATUR technology.
• Re-license it.
• Copy substantial portions of proprietary technology.
• Create unauthorized derivative commercial products.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Misappropriate trade secrets.
• Extract proprietary source code.
• Use NATUR trademarks in a manner suggesting unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activity apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NATUR Marks

Product and company names, logos, slogans, and other branding used within the Platform may be trademarks or service marks of NATUR IP LLC, NATUR Health Systems, or applicable licensors.

No right to use NATUR branding is granted except as expressly authorized.

NATUR welcomes feedback concerning the Platform.

You may voluntarily provide:

• Suggestions.
• Feature requests.
• Comments.
• Usability feedback.
• Error reports.
• Product ideas.
• General recommendations.

We do not want the feedback provision to become an accidental claim over everything a user creates.

Accordingly, you retain ownership of any independently protectable material contained in feedback to the extent applicable law recognizes such ownership.

However, by voluntarily submitting feedback specifically concerning NATUR products or services, you grant NATUR Health Systems and NATUR IP LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, implement, commercialize, and otherwise use that feedback for legitimate business and product-development purposes.

This allows NATUR to act on suggestions without creating an obligation to compensate a user merely because NATUR later develops a similar feature.

NATUR is not obligated to:

• Implement feedback.
• Maintain feedback as confidential unless separately agreed.
• Pay compensation for unsolicited feedback.
• Attribute an implemented suggestion to the person who submitted it.

This section does not override confidentiality obligations established through a separate written agreement.

The Platform may rely on, integrate with, or provide access to technologies or services operated by third parties.

These may include:

• Cloud providers.
• Authentication providers.
• OCR services.
• Artificial-intelligence infrastructure.
• Payment processors.
• Analytics providers.
• Email providers.
• Laboratories.
• Healthcare organizations.
• External educational resources.
• Future health-device or data integrations.

Third-Party Terms

A third-party service may be subject to separate:

• Terms of service.
• Privacy policies.
• Licenses.
• Consent requirements.

Your use of an independently operated third-party service may create a separate legal relationship between you and that provider.

NATUR Service Providers

Some third parties act as vendors or service providers to NATUR rather than independent services selected directly by users.

Their handling of personal information is addressed in the NATUR Privacy Policy and applicable contracts.

Where NATUR acts in a HIPAA-regulated business-associate relationship, vendors or subcontractors handling PHI may themselves require appropriate contractual safeguards. HHS explains that business-associate contracts generally establish and limit permissible uses and disclosures of PHI and require appropriate safeguards.

Third-Party Availability

NATUR cannot guarantee that independently operated services will always remain:

• Available.
• Compatible.
• Error-free.
• Secure.
• Unchanged.

A third party may modify or discontinue its technology without NATUR's control.

NATUR may therefore modify or discontinue an integration if reasonably necessary for security, legal, privacy, technical, or operational reasons.

Links to external resources do not automatically constitute:

Users should evaluate third-party content and services independently.

The NATUR Health Systems Privacy Policy governs NATUR's collection, use, disclosure, retention, security, and deletion of personal information.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Health Information

NATUR recognizes that information entered into a digital health platform may be sensitive even when it does not technically qualify as Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

HHS notes that many personal-use health applications are not covered by HIPAA unless the application is provided by or acting on behalf of a covered entity or business associate.

Accordingly, NATUR's privacy framework addresses both:

• HIPAA-regulated PHI where HIPAA applies.
• Consumer health information and other sensitive health information outside HIPAA.

HIPAA Relationships

The existence of medical or health information in a NATUR account does not automatically make NATUR a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate.

NATUR may become subject to HIPAA obligations for particular services or relationships—for example, where NATUR performs functions involving PHI on behalf of a covered healthcare organization. HHS defines a business associate by the function or service performed and the involvement of PHI, rather than simply because an application handles health-related information.

Where required, NATUR will use appropriate agreements and safeguards for those services.

Consumer Health Privacy

Health applications outside HIPAA may remain subject to other privacy and breach requirements.

For example, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule applies to covered vendors of personal health records and related entities and requires notifications following qualifying breaches of unsecured health information.

The Privacy Policy provides more detailed information regarding:

• Consumer health data.
• Security.
• Vendor access.
• AI processing.
• Data retention.
• User rights.
• Account deletion.
• Breach response.
• State-specific privacy rights.

Advertising & Health Information

Consistent with the Privacy Policy:

NATUR will not use personal health information for third-party targeted advertising or permit third parties to build advertising profiles from identifiable user health information.

NATUR will also not use identifiable personal health information to train generalized AI models without explicit user consent.

Conflict With the Privacy Policy

If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same issue differently, the Privacy Policy will govern with respect to the collection, use, disclosure, retention, or protection of personal information, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

NATUR strives to provide useful, reliable, understandable, and secure services. However, NATUR does not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available.
• Access will be uninterrupted.
• The Platform will be free of defects or technical errors.
• Every feature will operate on every device or browser.
• Every piece of information will be complete, accurate, or current.
• Every NAT-generated explanation will be correct.
• Every OCR extraction will be accurate.
• Every laboratory value will be interpreted correctly.
• Every third-party integration will remain available.
• Use of the Platform will produce any particular health or wellness outcome.

No Medical Warranty

NATUR does not warrant that information presented through the Platform is sufficient to:

• Diagnose a medical condition.
• Rule out a medical condition.
• Select a treatment.
• Determine medication dosing.
• Determine whether emergency care is needed.
• Replace clinical examination or professional judgment.

The Platform should be used as an educational and organizational resource rather than as a substitute for qualified healthcare services.

Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NATUR disclaims implied warranties including:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Availability.
• Accuracy.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties.

In those jurisdictions, the applicable exclusions will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The Platform relies in part on automated technologies.

These technologies can improve accessibility and understanding, but they also have limitations.

Neural Adaptive Trainer

NAT may:

• Summarize information.
• Explain terminology.
• Organize health information.
• Compare historical values.
• Identify patterns.
• Generate educational explanations.
• Personalize how information is presented.

NAT-generated output may nevertheless contain:

• Errors.
• Omissions.
• Incorrect assumptions.
• Incomplete context.
• Outdated information.
• Misinterpretations.

An apparently confident NAT response should not be interpreted as a guarantee of accuracy.

OCR

OCR may incorrectly extract or associate:

• Numbers.
• Decimal points.
• Units.
• Laboratory names.
• Dates.
• Reference ranges.
• Patient information.
• Other document content.

Where verification features are available, users should compare extracted information with the source document.

Automated Safety Controls

NATUR may implement software controls intended to:

• Identify questionable values.
• Detect potential unit mismatches.
• Identify unsupported information.
• Block certain outputs.
• Request user verification.
• Escalate information for additional review.

These controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate every error.

Source Information

NATUR cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by:

• Users.
• Laboratories.
• Healthcare organizations.
• Third-party data sources.
• Connected services.

NATUR may accurately process information that was itself incorrect when received.

User Responsibility

Users should verify information that could materially affect a healthcare decision and discuss questions with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NATUR Health Systems, NATUR IP LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to:

• Access to or use of the Platform.
• Inability to access the Platform.
• Service interruptions.
• Loss of data.
• Loss of business or profits.
• Third-party services.
• NAT-generated information.
• OCR errors.
• User reliance on Platform information contrary to these Terms.
• Unauthorized access despite reasonable security safeguards.

Aggregate Liability Cap

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, NATUR's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you directly to NATUR for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• US $100 if you paid no fees for the applicable service.

Limitations That Do Not Apply

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Depending on applicable law, this may include certain liabilities involving:

• Fraud.
• Willful misconduct.
• Gross negligence where limitation is prohibited.
• Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
• Other legally non-waivable liability.

Health Decisions

NATUR does not assume responsibility for independent medical decisions made by users or healthcare professionals.

However, this provision does not excuse NATUR from responsibilities imposed on NATUR by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NATUR Health Systems, NATUR IP LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives from third-party claims arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Platform.
• Your material violation of these Terms.
• User Content that you did not have the legal right to submit.
• Your infringement of another person's intellectual-property rights.
• Your unauthorized disclosure of another person's confidential information.
• Fraudulent or intentionally harmful use of the Platform.

Scope of This Provision

This section is not intended to require a user to indemnify NATUR merely because the user experiences an unfavorable health outcome.

It also does not require indemnification for losses caused by NATUR to the extent applicable law prohibits such allocation.

If a qualifying claim arises, NATUR may:

• Notify you of the claim.
• Assume control of the defense where appropriate.
• Request reasonable cooperation.

NATUR will not settle a claim in a manner that imposes an independent legal obligation on you without appropriate authorization.

NATUR may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Platform when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Material violation of these Terms.
• Unauthorized account access.
• Fraud.
• Security threats.
• Abuse of Platform infrastructure.
• Unlawful activity.
• Misuse of NATUR intellectual property.
• Threats to other users.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Serious risk to Platform integrity.

Temporary Restrictions

Where appropriate, NATUR may use less restrictive measures before terminating an account, such as:

• Requiring password reset.
• Requiring identity verification.
• Temporarily disabling a feature.
• Restricting suspicious activity.
• Suspending an integration.

Notice

Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, NATUR will provide notice of material account suspension or termination.

Immediate action may be necessary where:

• Fraud is suspected.
• Legal process requires action.
• Delay could create substantial risk.

User-Initiated Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Eligible users may also close their accounts through available account functionality or the procedures described in the Privacy Policy.

Access to User Information

Where reasonably feasible and legally permitted, NATUR should provide an opportunity to export eligible user information before permanent account termination when termination is not required immediately for security or legal reasons.

Account termination does not automatically require immediate destruction of all information.

Certain information may remain subject to:

• Legal retention.
• Security records.
• Consent records.
• Audit logs.
• Backup lifecycle processes.
• Other retention rules established in the Privacy Policy.

Surviving Provisions

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning:

NATUR is an evolving technology platform.

NATUR may modify the Platform to:

• Remove obsolete functionality.
• Change third-party providers.
• Improve NAT.
• Improve OCR.
• Support new NATUR modules.

No Guarantee of Permanent Features

A feature available today may be:

• Changed.
• Replaced.
• Limited.
• Suspended.
• Discontinued.

NATUR does not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Material Changes

Where a Platform change materially affects:

• Paid services.
• User privacy rights.
• Data use.
• Access to important user information.
• Other material contractual rights,

NATUR will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

A general product change does not authorize NATUR to materially change sensitive health-data processing without obtaining additional consent where applicable law requires it.

Planned Maintenance

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Security updates.
• Software deployment.
• Infrastructure changes.
• Emergency repairs.

NATUR will seek to minimize unnecessary service interruption.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Platform availability may also be affected by circumstances outside NATUR's reasonable control, including:

• Internet outages.
• Cloud-provider failures.
• Telecommunications failures.
• Natural disasters.
• Cyberattacks.
• Government action.
• Labor disruptions.
• Utility failures.
• Other extraordinary events.

NATUR will use reasonable efforts to restore affected services where practicable.

Discontinuation of a Service

If NATUR permanently discontinues a major consumer service, NATUR should, where reasonably feasible and legally permitted:

Pricing Changes

NATUR may change pricing for future billing periods.

Where required, users will receive appropriate advance notice before a material price change affects an existing recurring subscription.

Refunds

Where practical, sensitive information should remain within an authenticated Platform environment.

Marketing Communications

• Transactional communications.
• Other communications necessary to operate the service.

NATUR respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe material available through the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may submit a complaint to NATUR.

A complaint should include sufficient information for NATUR to:

• Identify the protected work.
• Identify the allegedly infringing material.
• Locate the relevant material.
• Contact the complaining party.
• Evaluate the request.

Where applicable, NATUR may:

• Remove or restrict access to material.

DMCA Process

If NATUR operates services that qualify for and seek the protections available under Section 512 of the U.S. Copyright Act, NATUR should establish a formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act process before public launch.

Venue

Subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements, proceedings arising from these Terms may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Georgia.

The final launch version should identify the preferred Georgia county and federal judicial district after NATUR's operating entity, registered office, and counsel have confirmed the appropriate venue.

NATUR will not attempt through these Terms to confer jurisdiction on a court that otherwise lacks it.

NATUR believes many disagreements can be resolved without formal litigation.

Before either party files a lawsuit concerning a dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform, the user and NATUR agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Notice of Dispute

The party raising the dispute should provide written notice containing reasonably sufficient information to understand the issue.

A notice should ordinarily include:

30-Day Resolution Period

After receiving a sufficient notice, the parties will have 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

The purpose of this process is to allow legitimate disputes to be addressed efficiently before formal proceedings become necessary.

Exceptions

A party does not have to wait for completion of the informal process when delay would materially prejudice a legally protected right or where immediate relief is reasonably necessary.

Exceptions may include:

• Emergency injunctive relief.
• Intellectual-property misuse requiring immediate action.
• Security threats.
• Unauthorized system access.
• Claims subject to an imminent statute of limitations.

• Other circumstances where applicable law prohibits requiring the delay.

The parties may also mutually agree to shorten or extend the 30-day period.

These Terms do not require users to submit disputes to mandatory arbitration before a dispute exists.

NATUR is not adopting a mandatory pre-dispute arbitration clause as part of these Terms at this stage.

Voluntary Arbitration After a Dispute Arises

After a specific dispute arises, NATUR and the user may mutually agree to submit that dispute to arbitration.

Any such arbitration must be based on a separate written agreement entered into by both parties after the dispute has arisen.

That agreement should identify matters such as:

• The claims being arbitrated.
• Arbitration provider.
• Applicable rules.
• Allocation of fees.
• Location or virtual hearing procedures.
• Selection of the arbitrator.
• Available remedies.

Neither party is obligated by these Terms to agree to arbitration.

Court Access

If informal resolution is unsuccessful and the parties do not subsequently agree to arbitration, either party may pursue an eligible claim in a court with appropriate jurisdiction and venue.

Small Claims

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from pursuing an eligible claim in an appropriate small-claims court.

No Contractual Class-Action Waiver

These Terms do not require users to waive the right to participate in a class or representative action where such participation is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Whether any particular claim qualifies for class or representative treatment will be determined under applicable law and procedural rules.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without NATUR's prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

NATUR may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with:

• Financing.
• Sale of substantially all relevant assets.

• Fires.
• Flooding.
• Epidemics or public-health emergencies.
• War.
• Terrorism.

• Internet infrastructure failures.

• Cyberattacks despite reasonable security measures.
• Labor disruptions.
• Other comparable events beyond reasonable control.

Continuing Responsibilities

This provision does not excuse NATUR from obligations that applicable law requires regardless of such an event.

Where reasonably practicable, NATUR will seek to:

• Protect user information.
• Restore affected services.
• Communicate significant service disruptions.
• Maintain security.
• Execute appropriate recovery procedures.

A force-majeure event does not authorize NATUR to disregard applicable privacy or security responsibilities.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or, where appropriate, treated as severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless the invalid provision is so fundamental to the agreement that applicable law requires a different result.

Where legally appropriate, the parties intend that these Terms be interpreted in a manner that preserves their valid and enforceable provisions.

Nothing in this section authorizes a court or NATUR to rewrite a provision in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

If NATUR does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily constitute a waiver of NATUR's right to enforce that provision later.

Similarly, NATUR's exercise of one contractual right or remedy does not necessarily prevent the exercise of another available right or remedy.

Any waiver by NATUR must be authorized by an appropriate representative and will apply only to the specific circumstances for which it was given unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated by reference and any applicable supplemental terms, constitute the agreement between you and NATUR Health Systems concerning your use of the applicable Platform services.

Those documents may include:

• Product-specific terms.

• Recommendation, where used in a non-clinical context.

does not by itself mean NATUR is:

• Practicing medicine.
• Diagnosing disease.
• Prescribing treatment.
• Establishing a healthcare-provider relationship.

Such terminology must be interpreted consistently with the medical and educational limitations contained in these Terms.

Certain provisions of these Terms remain effective after termination of your account or cessation of Platform use where their nature or purpose requires continued application.

These provisions may include those concerning:

• User Content required to be lawfully retained.
• Feedback licenses.
• Privacy obligations.
• Warranty disclaimers.
• Limitations of liability.
• Indemnification.

Termination of an account does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.

8. Privacy by Design

10. Support. Understand. Empower.

The Platform should ultimately help individuals become better informed participants in their health journey.

Information Should Not Become Diagnosis

A laboratory result, symptom, trend, target, algorithmic classification, or NAT-generated explanation should not independently be represented as a medical diagnosis.

Status Should Not Become Treatment

A Platform status such as:

• Monitor
• Focus

is an organizational or educational presentation and should not be represented as a clinical order.

Targets Require Context

User-entered or provider-supplied target ranges should be clearly distinguished from targets independently established by NATUR.

OCR Requires Verification

Where material health information is extracted from a document, the Platform should provide appropriate validation or user-review mechanisms.

AI Requires Appropriate Uncertainty

When NAT lacks sufficient information or confidence, the Platform should communicate uncertainty rather than fabricate certainty.

Emergencies Belong Outside NATUR

NATUR should not be positioned as an emergency monitoring, triage, or emergency-response service unless a future product is expressly designed, regulated, and authorized for such functionality.

Sensitive Notifications Should Remain Private

Detailed laboratory values, diagnoses, medication information, or similarly sensitive information should ordinarily not appear in unsecured email, SMS, or lock-screen notifications.
